This blog is neither trendy or exclusive. It is a record of the creative efforts made by two equally extravagant but ever so different sisters in their attempt to gather up the pieces of their relationship. So far this has included Tom&Jerry cakes, hand made skirts, late night phone calls, silhouette portraits, documenting scenic walks, hospital rooms and many, many illustrated letters. Like all things worthwhile this journey is undoubtedly going to be long. And loud. And colourful. And blissfully exhausting, but we hope that you'll come along, or at least watch from a distance as we serve up the fruits of our joys and frustrations each Sunday until death do us part. Or until we grow out of puberty and realize we were being irrational and really just want to be accountants.

Week 4

Good evening, Pinny and Elly here reporting live from the tent. After a botched up attempt at joining the clean up team for Glastonbury (whole experience including a 3 hour walk from the station to the grounds, sleeping in an abandoned tent, making pizza dough with hippies and laughing at the crazies playing flutes in the field), we are back in London and ignoring the fact that we're not Oprah-rich in our very own festival ground. White Moth- Xavier Rudd

The sunshine has made us hopelessly homesick for Australia and this lovely gentleman has taken us right back to balmy evenings, casual racism and great friends Thank you Mr Rudd!






The Royal Tenenbaums- Wes Anderson

Despite the all-star cast (Owen Wilson, Luke Wilson, Ben Stiller, Gwyneth Paltrow) this is the kookiest film I've seen in a long time. Think family drama with Amelie Poulain's charming way of picking out each characters eccentricities and laying them out matter of factly. We think you'll fall a little bit in love with Luke Wilson's character. And Gwyneth Paltrow's coat.
